Tomorrow is another day
When I was a kid, I always believed that one day, friendly ninja monks from the Himalayas would come and rescue me. Or that the guardians of mankind would take me away to the centre of the earth and teach me how to save the human race. Some day somewhere a door is going to open, and I’m off.
Today is Saturday, July 27. 2024, a day like any other. I get up, I work, I eat, I go to sleep. Tomorrow, I’ll wake up and start over. I am doing all right generally. But those bloody monks are taking their time.
I wonder what would happen if tomorrow, I’d wake up and step out of my bedroom into a new world. What would I find? What would I want to find.
When did you last think about saving the world? Imagine yourself, waking up tomorrow morning. It’s another day, a brand new day. Ninja monks serving breakfast, or maybe not. Maybe you’re somewhere else, somewhere entirely different. Where do you want to be?
